The Lexicon Bracknell is a £240 million retail and leisure town centre transformation in Berkshire which was opened in September 2017 to provide a new retail experience and social space for East Berkshire. Prosper was at the forefront of The Lexicon project to set and create the high level of design standard warranted in a unique, state of the art retail development.
Well known as the home for premium brands in the South West, Cribbs Causeway was the perfect venue for global Prosecco brand Scavi and Ray to launch an elegant Prosecco bar designed by Prosper. As the first venue of it’s kind for Scavi & Ray, reflecting their mantra that ‘only the best will do’ and serving to strengthen their presence as a premium brand was at the essence of the design.
Prosper were approached to produce a series of bespoke artworks to brighten the Childrens Ward at The Royal Brompton Hospital in London. The Rose Ward specialises in the care of babies and children up to the age of 16, with heart and lung problems.
In a district known for innovative fashion, art and technology, Shoreditch needed a retail platform that could keep pace. Adopting a short lease format gave the flexibility required to ensure an agile retail mix. Existing retailers were enhanced to fit the newly defined aesthetic and several units were retained as pure pop-up venues.
With a nostalgic nod to simpler times, Prosper set about creating a bold new restaurant environment inspired by a road trip through 1950’s America.
