Prosper is involved in every stage of a Primark retail design project. We start with initial feasibility studies, helping assess the viability of future sites, moving into landlord shell negotiations, then preparation of detailed design and tender packages, through to construction drawings and working with the main contractors on site.
This wraparound care ensures that every store delivered meets Primark’s exacting design and fit out standards.
Flip Out
Telford
We collaborated with the landlord and tenant to redesign the frontage, ‘landing-zone’ and arcade for Flip Out Telford.
