We are pleased to congratulate Natalie on her new qualifications!
We would like to congratulate our office manager, Natalie Lee, on successfully completing her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Natalie is a long serving member of the team, having joined in 2007. Her role at Prosper is to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible, overseeing people practices, health and safety processes, client invoicing, and general administration. In late 2021, Natalie’s role expanded to include supporting the people function at our parent company, C A Design Services Limited (CADS). Following completion of her qualification, Natalie is now a Foundation member of the CIPD.

“Undertaking this qualification has allowed me to develop my professional knowledge and skills, so I can successfully support both CADS and Prosper. I have loved putting theory into practice and getting to know the fantastic people across both companies better. I very much enjoy working with the management team to help deliver on company quality objectives and drive innovation through our company processes.
I really appreciate the opportunity to develop my professional practice and am grateful to the many people that have supported me along my learning journey. Going forward I hope to support with employee communication, feedback, and engagement, to understand what matters to people so that the business can improve and build on the overall employee experience and to provide opportunities for learning and development.”
