The combination of contemporary finishes and historic detail gives the space a rich character. From a customer’s perspective, the seamless transition from the period building into the modern extension ensures a consistent brand experience.

Prosper is involved in every stage of a Primark retail design project. We start with initial feasibility studies, helping assess the viability of future sites, moving into landlord shell negotiations, then preparation of detailed design and tender packages, through to construction drawings and working with the main contractors on site.
This wraparound care ensures that every store delivered meets Primark’s exacting design and fit out standards.
Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes is said to lie on ancient ley lines that extend out to Campbell Park, one of the city’s many green spaces. These echoes of the land’s historical past are the inspiration for much of MK’s architecture and it was important that Prosper reflected the garden city landscape in our design for intu, with biophilic design elements featuring throughout.
Based on Love Koffee’s founding family’s Indian heritage, we created a brand identity rich in cultural references shot through with a contemporary vibe. Hand-drawn illustrations were used throughout to express the craft inherent in creating the perfect cup of coffee, whilst drawing reference from the Indian body-art tradition of Mehndi.

The Lexicon Bracknell is a £240 million retail and leisure town centre transformation in Berkshire which was opened in September 2017 to provide a new retail experience and social space for East Berkshire. Prosper was at the forefront of The Lexicon project to set and create the high level of design standard warranted in a unique, state of the art retail development.
